Warranty Information
TGI Inc. (TGI) warrants to the buyer that the products furnished will be free from defects in material and workmanship, exclusive of corrosion, for a period of one (1) year after shipment from TGI manufacturing facilities, provided, after inspection by TGI, that defect has not been caused by misuse, improper handling, accident, unusual deterioration, and/or improper alterations, installation, operation, maintenance or repair in accordance with applicable specifications and recommendations of TGI or the original equipment manufacturer in the case of components not manufactured by TGI, in which case, the warranty terms of the original equipment manufacturer shall apply, including dates of warranty commencement.

TGI’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement within the warranty period stated, of any defective work or material at the TGI manufacturing facility and TGI shall not be liable for any labor or other repair costs made outside said facility without the written consent of TGI. The customer will incur expenses for TGI inspection of warranty claims, unless results of the inspection are deemed TGI’s responsibility.

The warranty set forth above shall be in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness, and further, under no circumstances shall TGI be liable for any consequential damages claimed by reason of any defect in or relating to products or equipment furnished. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary, from state to state, and country to country.

Return Policy
Restocking fee of 25% on complete unused equipment within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. Call for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Send any defective unit or component per warranty, along with a written explanation of the defect and RMA# directly to: TGI Inc., #4 Cysco Court, Gillette, WY 82718, U.S.A.

Repair & Maintenance Service
TGI Inc. utilizes highly trained professional technicians for repair and maintenance services on all of the products that we sell and manufacture. We provide 48-hour response service (some exceptions may apply).

Shipping Methods
Products to be installed by a representative of TGI Inc. will be brought to the location at the time of installation. Products being shipped from TGI Inc. (U.S.A. or Canada) will be sent the best way within 48 hours of receipt of the order on in-stock items from one of our distribution centers. Out-of-stock items may require additional shipping time.
