You agree not to display or use the marks in any manner without the express written permission of TGI Inc. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between TGI Inc. and you, with the exception of the Privacy Policy, for the use of our Site and supersedes any prior agreements between you and TGI Inc.. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. You and TGI Inc. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Campbell, WY. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found by the court or other authority to be invalid, you agree that the remaining provisions contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of the use of Site must be filed within one year, notwithstanding statute of limitations, or other laws to the contrary. Any failure by TGI Inc. within this period to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
